Content While we endeavour to supply accurate information on our listings, errors and omissions may occur. Affordable PartsWorld 1999 Ltd (Affordable PartsWorld) does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained within our listings. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through our listings. Affordable PartsWorld reserves the right to make changes to the content on our listings at any time and without notice. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Affordable PartsWorld makes no warranties in relation to the fitness for purpose, accuracy or availability on trademe.   2. Refusing / Cancelling Orders Buyer Conditions of return If you have an item you wish to return please contact us first. Affordable Partsworld will advise if the item complies with our returns policy, this decision is at the sole discretion of Affordable PartsWorld.  Goods must be returned in the condition they were supplied with a copy of the invoice.    If the product is not faulty and you have “changed your mind”, you are responsible for all freight costs incurred to return the product to Affordable PartsWorld and the freight costs for sending the product to you. A 20% handling fee may also be applied.   Specially procured or indented products will not be accepted for credit.   Assessing your return If at Affordable PartsWorld’s sole discretion any returned products have been damaged, marked, tampered with, then Affordable PartsWorld reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the Goods for return.   If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to a repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.   Seller In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on this site or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.   3. Payment Payment will be accepted via ping, afterpay, cash, debit card, credit card and bank transfer.   If a refund is due Affordable PartsWorld will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit.  Refunds will be for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.   4. Pricing All prices listed on our listings are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our listings at any time for any reason.   5. Delivery At this time, we deliver to New Zealand addresses. Special requests for overseas deliveries can be made.  Deliveries will be made in accordance with your instructions, this includes “permission to leave” details. Most orders will be processed within two days of receipt, this could be longer for larger items and items that require removal.  Delivery should be two to four days after the item is sent. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer to arrive. If you do not receive your parcel in the expected timeframe, please contact us.   6. Disclaimer/Liability Affordable PartsWorld provides our listings are on an “as is” basis. As noted in section 1 “Website Content” Affordable Partsworld does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. If your use of our listings is subject to the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986 ("FTA") and/or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"), you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded or limited by our policy. However, if you are using our listings for business purposes or are acquiring goods or services in trade through our listings and are in trade yourself, then the exclusions and limitations noted in the “Content” section will still apply and you agree that the CGA will not apply. Similarly, if you are acquiring goods or services in trade through our listings and you are in trade, then you agree to contract out of sections 9, 12A and 13 of the FTA.   7. Changes to this Agreement We may change these terms from time to time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. By continuing to access and use our listings, you agree to be bound by the changes to these terms.  Do not assume a new order will be under the same terms as an old one. If any of the terms are found to be unenforceable, you agree that the balance of the Terms and Conditions remain in force.

We now offer quality 4wd parts on Trade Me having identified New Zealand has similar models and the ability to supply Customers Orders in New Zealand from Australia relatively cheaply and within a couple of days via Australia Post Express service. Also we have All Four x 4 Dismantling which is dismantling over 60 4wds at any time. We have the state of art Pinnacle software which gives us access to stock availability and pricing to over 40 of the largest and most professional Dismantlers across Australia. Our software also provides us with accurate part interchange, increasing our ability to supply the correct part which has been tested and is warranted in most cases. Our workshop, All Four x 4 Service Centre is at the forefront of Servicing and Diagnostics with our team of 8 Technicians and one apprentice. We are also Gearbox, Transfer Case and Diff Specailists which is well supported by Repair Workshops and the Mining Industry. The Service Centre prides itself on their superior knowledge and demand quality components. This works as a form of quality control for All Four x 4 Spares. How we began In the early 1980's Peter Haylock was employed as a Sales Rep for Cadbury Chocolates. He was a passionate and enthusiastic Land Rover owner who continually needed to find spare parts to keep his beloved Land Rover going. Whilst traveling the countryside for his employer selling Chocolates, he would keep an eye out when passing farms for any Land Rover parts for sale. He would bring his new purchases home to his garage in Kotara, where some were stored for his own use and others were sold to Land Rover owners he had met while 4wdriving. His wife Carol took on the role of assistant, dismantling components such as Gearboxes and degreasing parts ready for Peter to repair. Eventually Peter was selling more Spare parts than Chocolate and so Llan Rova Spares was born in 1985 and later Llan Crusa Spares was created to cater for the Toyota Owners. The spelling came from Peter's Welsh background. By 1992 the business was really prospering, Customers loved the personal service given by Peter, Carol and their Staff and they had quickly outgrown the premises at Broadmeadow. The current site at 6 McDougall Street, Kotara was purchased with a view to expanding on the future potential of the Group. Parts stock, tooling and equipment was moved to the new premises and Peter, Carol with 5 Staff commenced trading as All Four x 4 Spares. In 2000 Peter & Carol purchased additional property in McDougall Street in order to meet the demands of a growing parts and dismantling Business. In 2007 All Four x 4 Service Centre was established, with property again being acquired and developed in McDougall Street in order to keep up with demand for 4wd Servicing and Repairs. All Four x 4 Dismantling became a stand alone Business in 2008, operating as a separate entity with its own dedicated premises. We now also have All Four X 4 Offroad which offers our customers Camping gear and 4x4 accessories such as Winches and recovery gear. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us.
