I bought this project for about $4,000 a year ago but have not touched it since as I have been too busy.

Features:

• Fully wired with multiple double power points and ceiling lights (previous owner).
• Light gauge steel framing throughout.
• Chipboard floor (approx 21 mm).
• Partially clad in vinyl weatherboards (still to finish) - does not include weatherboards to finish.
• Ceiling already lined with plasterboard (GIB) (previous owner).
• Estimated weight is 1 tonne (not weighed, just a guess).
• Colour steel roof, but this has a slight tear on the edge from the last hiab who transported it in one spot.
• The ceiling has some insulation, part of the walls too, and underfloor insulation polystyrene.

The auction includes some gib board that’s been sitting in the shed. This has damaged edges but should be fine to plaster out.

TRANSPORT / HIAB:

• We moved this here via a car transporter from the hire centre and paid the Hiab $200 to lift it on. I will provide the contact for a local to lift.
