Over 12 years being an established business in Marlborough wine industry. Marlborough continues to be the largest of NZ wine regions.
Over the 12 years we have ran wire and irrigation , the last 2 years we have seen more room for expansion by pulling out wire and irrigation.
In the last development season, we had contracts for
over 1,000 hectares. With future contracts secured.
Source of Revenue
All revenue is receipts from contracting viticulture services to various key client
vineyards based in Marlborough.
This business is easily managed by the owner operators alongside 7 permanent, 2
seasonal, and 3 casual staff. The Payroll and financial accounting are outsourced.
PROGRAMME FOR THE YEAR
April to November Running lifting wires, replacing old dripline
Mid October to April Vineyard Maintenance
November to March Development of New Vineyards.
Asking $875,00 or by negotiation
