Regular Garden Maintenance Work $30,000 per month. Vendor Finance.

PGS has operated for almost 40 years. We invoice approx. $30,000 regular garden contracts and usually do approx. $3000 additional, extra work (excluding GST) per month.

Profit should be around $90,000/year plus a $50,000 to $60,000 owners salary. Turnover for the last 3 years is $1,289,669.

Our commercial & residential client base includes
• Hospitals, universities, government departments, food
chains, schools, body corporates & residents.

We have a great small team of three on wages and 2 good contractors as well.

Everything to operate the business is included-
• 3x trucks, 2x ride-on mowers, 2x trailers
• Weedeaters, sprayers, yard/office
• Website & systems (needs updating)
• Name & reputation

I am under orders to slow down, (Im almost 64) but I still love gardening and can help with handover, horticultural advice, pricing, or some part time gardening work.

This is a good business and with a reasonable deposit we are happy to offer vendor finance to the right person (Terms & Conditions to be decided).

We will provide GST returns to show income but no general accounts as they are combined with our other companys (bees, houses). The accounts will be separated out before hand over.
