We provide transitional housing accommodation, food support, financial mentoring, and 1:1, families, and social work support. We also operate a residential care facility called Kemp Home and Hospital, providing rest home and hospital level support, and transitional housing.

From our social workers and community service advocates, to our financial mentors, we work collaboratively and in ways that contribute to the empowerment, transformation, and fullness of life for those we serve.
